- I said; "Lily, cover your legs, you don't look very lady-like." Lily said, "Do I look boy-like?"

- Purple Purple had to burple!

- "My favorite places are Costco, school, and home. I like home the best."

- "At school today I got my name tag, colored a picture of my own puppy, and practiced recess!"

- "I wish they were called 'horsegirls' instead of cowgirls!!"
- Dad: Lily, I have a quarter, a dime, and a nickle...which one do you want? Lily: all three!!
- Daddy to Lily: Hey Lil, do you want to make a bet? Lily: What's a bet? Dad: Its where if I am right, I get all your money, and if you are right, then you get all my money. Lily: No, I don't want to. Dad: Why not? Lily: Because I have more money than you!
- in her prayers (to Heavenly Father) "could you please take a few mosquitos out of the world?"
- "those bad boys better watch out or the police will get them, and their mom's will spank their bums! Right mom?"
